Before I talk about anything else I have a little thing to rant about. I really hate this time of year its like once Halloween hits there is an endless stream of junk food for the rest of the year. Halloween, Birthdays, thanksgiving, and Christmas, No wonder everyone makes a new years resolution to give up junk food and drop weight. Not that anyone ever keeps them. Resolutions are easy to break because all you are really saying is that you have the intent to do something. I think we should make the Unbreakable Vow (Harry Potter reference) to keep one good healthy thing in the next year. OK so that's kind of extreme that's like giving people the death penalty for breaking a resolution. The reason I bring this up is because last week on the show we had Halloween candy everywhere and this week we had birthday cake, and then the candy at the parade. You would think we are all sugar addicts or something.
Ok now to my big news. So this week I became a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant. This is a huge deal for me. I am so excited and I feel so silly. I know some people my age will thin they are too young for Mary Kay, but I really hope to change people's opinion. I have always enjoyed Mary Kay make-up so much. I love coming up with a look that accents all the positives and hides the bad stuff. I love seeing someone feel pretty. I really hope to help as many people as possible. I want people to feel good about their selves. If by getting people into work out classes and helping them find a makeup style that makes them feel good then I consider it a job well done. I know that seems like I am focusing on the outside of a person but if someone feels that they look good then it is a lot easier to feel good about yourself on the inside.
I know I didn't really voice anything to episode specific this week. So I'll just say Welcome Olivia. I look forward to the great things I think you will do for the group.
My Mary Kay page will be coming soon but until then if you'd like to get in touch with me, you can reach me at wendyzito@aol.com or www.bhamdance.com or 205 792 4642.

The Performers Episode 1- Welcome to the Show
OK so episode one of the performers is out there. I have to say I am really impressed with the way it turned out. I was thinking that I would look at it and be like yeah I know all this I was there for it. But it’s funny there are so many moments you forget after they happen or times you see someones expression that was behind you or you hear someone say something that you didn’t hear in the moment. Then there is getting to see things that happened when you were out of the room. This is where you guys come in. You get to see all these moments. So welcome to our little world. You are getting a chance to see how off the wall we can really be.
It also makes me think, because you always see yourself in a certain light. You form this opinion of what you look or sound like or what your personality is like. But then when faced with yourself on video you have to look at who you really are especially when it’s not a performance. It's so odd getting to see how you interact with people. I got where I would forget the camera was watching and so you really see how big a goofball i can be at times.
The biggest thing I can say about all this is that when we aren’t dancing we aren’t performing. That is really what we are like. We laugh and cut up but we get our work done too. We crack jokes on each other. But we also come up with great ideas and connect with each other in a meaningful way. This week with it being Halloween we had Rocky Horror Picture show to go to and there was candy at practice but that isn’t usually the case. Normally I try to watch what i eat better. But this week i was a sugar loaded little kid.
OK so I want to know who was paying attention to the show. Did you really watch it. This is like when your teacher would show you a video in high school and then quiz you after it was over. Let’s see how well you paid attention to episode one of “The Performers"
1. What song does T.J. dance to with Lauren?
2. What color skittles does Wendy eat?
3. Where do some of the Performers go eat after Rocky Horror?
4. What does Wendy tell Lauren she needs to have while dancing with TJ?
5. Who does Ralph’s voice get compared too?
6. Why did Dr. Kelli’s feet hurt?
7. which of the Performers went to Rocky Horror?
8. What did everyone tell Alexa would complete her outfit?
9. What does everybody tell Dr. Kelli that she does a lot?
10. What time of night do the Performers end there night after rocky Horror?
If you fill out a contact form and answer at least 8 questions correctly. I will give you a free group class at Rhythm N Motion Dance Studio. So let's see who was paying attention. See you guys next week.
